Other great places to find seed libraries: your public library or your local garden club. You can often get free seeds from these places, as well as recommendations from accomplished gardeners. A quick online search for either your local seed library or garden club will give you directions for how to contact those groups. 

Community Gardens

Many cities or local gardening groups offer Community Gardening Plots that you can purchase for a season, year, or other time frame. This is a great way to start gardening, even if you don't have room in your current home. Not only will you get a plot of land to plant what you wish, but you will have access to other gardeners at the Community Gardening area that can help answer your gardening questions.
