The Celebration will be at2:00 PM in the Sneden Auditorium at the Lettinga Campus, witha Silent March to follow.
Dr. Pappas will provide opening remarks, followed by reflections from keynote speaker LaTosha Brown, the founder and co-anchor of a regional network called the Southern Black Girls & Women’s Consortium. The event will also belive streamed.
The winners of the annual MLK Day essay contest will be recognized.
The event and Silent March will conclude between 3:00-3:20 p.m.
