Are You Registered to Vote?

Fill out the information on this site to see if you've registered, find your polling location, check its hours, and preview the ballot.
You can register at any time up to 8 p.m. on Election Day at your city or township clerk’s office.
Early voting will be available in all jurisdictions statewide and federal elections for nine days, beginning with the second Saturday before an election and ending on the Sunday before Election Day. Cities and townships may offer additional early voting beyond this period.

Important Dates for Voting in General Election in Michigan:

Absentee voter ballots available for voters beginning September 26
Last day to register by mail or online October 21
New voter registrations are required in person for November Election October 22 - November 5
Early Voting period October 26 - November 3

A general election will be held on November 5
