If you submitted the wrong file:
If there is no place to submit the assignment after the due date, your instructor has set it that way. Contact them to see if they will allow you to submit it late with a penalty.
Your instructors may use SafeAssign to check your papers for an originality score (what percent of your paper can be found elsewhere and is not your original writing).
You can tell if your assignment has SafeAssign activated if you see a SafeAssign statement and a list of supported file types on the submission page. See also Blackboard's Assignments and SafeAssign Tutorial.
Some instructors allow you to see the Originality Report, others do not. You can talk to your instructor and see if they will change the setting that allows students in their class to see it. See also Blackboard's SafeAssign Originality Report Tutorial.
