Kim Gates has her Masters in education and has been a Professional Writing Tutor with Davenport University since 2012.

More about Kim Gates... Concurrent to that, she worked for a writing curriculum company, WritingCity, as an Educational Learning Specialist and Conference Presenter on writing strategies. She was a Program Manager/Literacy Coach with Grand Rapids Public Schools after-school literacy program. Directly out of Michigan State University, she was hired by Caledonia Community Schools where she worked for 31 years teaching both learning disabled students and general education writing, reading, and speaking.

He served as a high school and middle school teacher in the mid-Michigan area for 18 years.

Most of his experience has been working in alternative high schools, building and developing schools for at-risk students in need of extra academic and social support. William also has experience working with students in correctional facilities in Michigan and Maryland and has experience teaching GED students at the community college level.

He's also an adjunct professor at Davenport in Data Analytics and teaches Psychology, Education, Quantitative Research Methods and Statistics for other universities.

Steve earned his Ph.D. at Michigan State University in Measurement and Quantitative Methods from the prestigeous MSU College of Education. He also holds BS in Psychology and MS in Applied Experimental Psychology (focus on Cognition and Neuroscience) degrees from Central Michigan University.

Steve enjoys teaching in the quantitative areas, especially as they relate to social sciences, education, measurement and assessment.
