The topic and presentation must include three (3) of the five (5) Social Determinants of Health as outlined in the Healthy People 2030 website. These include:

• Economic Stability
• Education Access and Quality
• Health Care Access and Quality
• Neighborhood and Built Environment
• Social and Community Context
